Garden of Life Vitamin Code 50 & Wiser Women is a comprehensive whole-food multivitamin formulated specifically for women aged 50 and above. Delivering 4 capsules per serving across 60 servings, it provides a broad spectrum of vitamins and minerals — including Vitamins A, C, D3, E, K1, the full B-complex, and key trace minerals — sourced from cultures of Saccharomyces cerevisiae , sea kelp, brown rice chelate, and sunflower oil. Utilização e dosagem
