Utilização e dosagem
Vaporizador/Queimador: Adicione 6 a 8 gotas de óleo essencial a um vaporizador ou queimador. Inalação: Add 3 to 5 drops of essential oil to a bowl of very hot water and inhale vapour for 5 to 10 minutes (inhalations not recommended for children under 10). Massagem: Add 5 drops of essential oil to 10 ml of carrier oil such as sweet almond or jojoba. Banho: Add 4 to 6 drops of essential oil to 20 ml of blending oil and swirl into water.
