Utilização e dosagem
Vaporizador/Queimador: Adicione 6 a 8 gotas de óleo essencial a um vaporizador ou queimador.
Inalação: Add 3 to 5 drops of essential oil to a bowl of very hot water, inhale the vapours for 5 to 10 minutes. (Inhalation method only suitable for children over 10 years old.)
Massagem: Dilute 5 drops of essential oil in 10 ml of blending oil. Reduce to 2 drops per 10 ml blending oil for sensitive skin.
