Utilização e dosagem
Vaporizador/Queimador: Adicione 6 a 8 gotas de óleo essencial a um vaporizador ou queimador. Inalação: Add 3 to 5 drops of essential oil to a bowl of very hot water, inhale vapours for 5 to 10 minutes (inhalation for children over 10 years only). Massagem: Adicione 5 gotas de óleo essencial a 10 ml de um óleo veicular, como óleo de amêndoa ou de jojoba. Banho: Add 4 to 6 drops of essential oil to 20 ml of carrier oil; swirl into water.
