Utilização e dosagem
Vaporizador/Queimador: Adicione 6 a 8 gotas de óleo essencial a um vaporizador ou queimador. Inalação: Add 3 to 5 drops to a bowl of very hot water, inhale steam for 5 to 10 minutes (inhalation only for children over 10 years old). Massagem: Dilute 5 drops of essential oil with 10 ml of carrier oil such as almond or jojoba oil. Banho: Add 4 to 6 drops of essential oil to 20 ml of carrier oil and swirl into water.
