Utilização e dosagem
Vaporizador/Difusor: Adicione 6 a 8 gotas de óleo essencial a um vaporizador ou queimador.
Inalação: Adicione 3 a 5 gotas de óleo essencial a uma taça com água muito quente e inale os vapores durante 5 a 10 minutos. (A inalação é recomendada apenas para crianças com mais de 10 anos.)
Mistura para massagem: Dilute 5 drops of essential oil with 10 ml of a carrier oil.
Bath blend: Add 4 to 6 drops to 20 ml of blending oil and swirl into water.
