About Natur Tanya – Magnesium Bisglycinate (90+10 capsules)
Natur Tanya Magnesium Bisglycinate delivers 200 mg of elemental magnesium per daily adult serving in one of the most bioavailable chelated forms available. Magnesium bisglycinate binds magnesium to the amino acid glycine, supporting optimal absorption and gentle tolerability compared to many conventional magnesium salts.
Magnesium contributes to the reduction of tiredness and fatigue, to normal muscle function, to normal functioning of the nervous system, to normal energy-yielding metabolism, and to the maintenance of normal bones and teeth — all authorised health claims recognised under EU Regulation (EC) No 1924/2006.

Organic magnesium (magnesium bisglycinate), bulking agent (microcrystalline cellulose), anti-caking agents (silicon dioxide, magnesium salts of fatty acids).
Capsule shell: Vegetable capsule shell (hydroxypropyl methylcellulose).
Utilização e dosagem
Children: 1 capsule daily. Adults: 2 capsules daily. Preferably taken with meals, swallowed with plenty of water. The capsule powder content can be mixed into fruit juices after opening. Duration of use: minimum 60 days, maximum 120 days.
