Applied Nutrition’s Endurance Hydration Electrolyte Effervescent Tablets are berry-flavoured effervescent tablets containing electrolytes and Vitamin C, designed for use during and after physical activity. Each berry-flavoured tablet dissolves quickly in water, providing 400mg of electrolytes — including potassium, magnesium and calcium.
Each tablet also contributes 40mg of Vitamin C (50% NRV), which contributes to the normal function of the immune system and helps protect cells from oxidative stress. With approximately 6 kcal and zero sugar per serving, this formula is well-suited to active individuals seeking a light, refreshing hydration solution without added sugars.

Utilização e dosagem
Add one tablet (4g) to 200ml of cold water and let it dissolve. Consume during or after physical activity. Maximum 4 tablets per day. Once prepared, consume within 24 hours.
