Each tablet supplies 1.25 mg of organic zinc, allowing flexible, incremental dosing of up to 6 tablets per day to suit individual requirements. Zinc contributes to the normal function of the immune system, the maintenance of normal bones, skin, hair and nails, normal DNA synthesis, and the protection of cells from oxidative stress. Utilização e dosagem
