Solgar’s Omega 3-6-9 Fish, Flax, Borage combines three premium oil sources — fish oil (from anchovy, mackerel and sardines), cold-pressed flaxseed oil, and borage oil — to deliver a broad spectrum of essential and conditionally essential fatty acids in every serving. This carefully formulated blend provides Omega-3s (including EPA and DHA), Omega-6s (including GLA), and Omega-9 fatty acids, supporting a well-rounded fatty acid intake as part of a balanced diet.

DHA and EPA contribute to the normal function of the heart. DHA also contributes to the maintenance of normal brain function and normal vision.
