Each daily serving provides 12 g of inulin sourced from FIBRULINE™ — a premium, standardised chicory (Cichorium intybus) root fibre ingredient. The powder dissolves easily in warm or cold water and can also be stirred directly into food, making it a simple addition to your everyday routine.

Chicory inulin is a naturally occurring dietary fibre and prebiotic. According to the EU Register of authorised health claims, chicory inulin contributes to normal bowel function by increasing stool frequency. The beneficial effect is obtained with a daily intake of 12 grams of chicory inulin, which is precisely the amount delivered by the recommended daily serving of this product.

Utilização e dosagem

Dissolve 1 and 1/2 scoops (4.5 g) of powder in 200 ml of warm or cold water, drink, or add directly to food. Take three times a day. Daily dose: 3 × 4.5 g = 13.5 g (providing 12 g of inulin). A measuring scoop is included inside the package.
