Utilização e dosagem

In a diffuser: add 5–10 drops to water in a diffuser. For a relaxing bath: mix 5–10 drops with 15 ml of vegetable oil before adding to bath water. For massage: mix 2–6 drops with 15 ml of vegetable oil. Do not apply directly to skin without dilution in a carrier oil.
