PERMA-GUARD Diatomit Food – Fossil Shell Flour is a 100% natural, food-grade diatomaceous earth of freshwater origin, providing approximately 92% amorphous silicon dioxide (SiO₂) per 100 g. Sourced from ancient fossilised freshwater diatoms, it is a pure mineral powder free from additives, allergens and synthetic ingredients, making it an exceptionally clean addition to your daily routine.

Ingredientes

Diatomaceous earth – E 551: silicon dioxide for food use. Source: 100% amorphous diatomaceous earth of freshwater origin (Fossil Shell Flour – FSF), silicon dioxide ~92% SiO₂. Natural product of natural origin. Contains no additives.

Utilização e dosagem

Shake & Drink: Add one measuring scoop (3 g) to a glass of water, drink, smoothie or yogurt. Stir well. Diatoms as silica are insoluble but will form a suspension to be consumed immediately. You may also enrich dishes and baked goods by adding 1% Diatomit Food to the mixture.

Adults: Start with 1 scoop (3 g) per day dissolved in a glass of water. Gradually increase the daily portion up to a maximum of 15 g per day (5 scoops). Observe your body’s reaction. Drink at least 2 litres of water per day.

Children (from 12 years): The daily serving is half that of adults (maximum 7.5 g per day).

Not recommended for children under 12 years, breastfeeding mothers, or pregnant women.

Diatomaceous earth is a dusty mineral with desiccating properties. Avoid prolonged inhalation of high concentrations of the dispersed product, as it may cause irritation of the respiratory tract. Do not allow the product to get into the eyes. In case of contact with eyes, rinse with large amounts of lukewarm water. A dietary supplement cannot be used as a substitute for a varied and balanced diet. Do not exceed the recommended daily serving.
